These terms apply when you use abhpublishing.com and buy digital products from ABH Publishing (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them.

What we sell

We sell digital products only, such as printable PDF learning packs, coloring books and guides. We do not ship physical items. After payment you receive a download link by email.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the seller of record. Paddle handles payment, sales tax and VAT, and sends your receipt. By buying, you also accept Paddle’s terms for buyers.

Delivery

Download links are sent to the email address you give at checkout, and are available right after payment. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive, or write to us and we will resend it. Links may expire after a period or a number of downloads, and we can issue a new one on request.

License and permitted use

When you buy a product you get a personal, non-transferable license to download it and print it for use in your own home, or in your own classroom with your own students. You may not:

• resell, share, or redistribute the files, in whole or in part;
• upload the files to a website, file-sharing service or marketplace;
• claim the content as your own, or use it to create competing products.

All content stays the property of ABH Publishing. If you want to use a product for a school district, a larger group or a commercial purpose, contact us for permission.

Availability and changes

We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. We may change products, prices or these terms. Changes apply to future orders.

Limit of liability

Our products are provided for general learning and entertainment. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
