Refund Policy

All ABH Publishing products are digital downloads (PDF files). Nothing is shipped. We want you to be happy with what you buy, so we offer refunds for 14 days.

14-day refunds

If you are not satisfied, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase date. Email hello@abhpublishing.com with the email address you used to buy and the name of the product. We will confirm and process your refund.

Problems with a file

If a download link does not work, a file is missing, or a file will not open, write to us first. We will fix the problem or send you a working copy. If we cannot, you will get a full refund.

How refunds are paid

Payments are handled by our payment partner, Paddle, who is the seller of record. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few business days to show the money.
