This policy explains what information ABH Publishing collects when you visit abhpublishing.com or buy from us, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Order details: your email address, the products you bought and the date of the order. You give us your email at checkout.
- Messages: anything you send us when you write to hello@abhpublishing.com.
- Basic technical data: such as your IP address and browser type, which our hosting provider records to keep the site running and secure.
We do not store your card or bank details. Payments are handled by Paddle.
How we use it
- to deliver your download link and send order emails;
- to answer questions and give support;
- to prevent misuse and keep the site secure;
- to meet legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who handles your data
We use trusted providers to run the store:
- Paddle, our payment provider and seller of record, which processes payments and taxes under its own privacy policy;
- Resend, which sends our order emails;
- Vercel, Neon and Cloudflare, which host the website, database and files.
Cookies
The site uses only the cookies needed to work, and the checkout provided by Paddle may set its own cookies to complete your payment. We do not use advertising cookies.
Children
Our products are made for children, but our site is meant for parents and teachers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you think a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
How long we keep data
We keep order records for as long as needed to give support and meet tax and legal requirements, and then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email hello@abhpublishing.com and we will respond.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
